FAQ18. FAQ18. How to write and confirm the report correctly?

After the acceptance of the player’s application by the organizer and after the playing tournament game, it is necessary to write a report about the game. It is necessary to use the system of automatic report entering:


The player has to press the "New report (Новый рапорт)" button and fill in the form of data entering. It is necessary to fill in all the fields! The mini demonstration of the report making is on this video.
The player fills in all the necessary game data, gives the commentaries about the game, tells interesting facts, thanks the opponent for the game and presses the button "Reply (Ответить)".
The report appears at the theme, the report line appears at "List of reports (Список рапортов)" on the first page marked "unconfirmed (неподтвержденный)", the data is sent to the data bаse of the reports HoMM III at the forum. The nick name of the player on the first page is the link to the player's tournament report.

If the player made a mistake it is necessary to contact the tournament organizer. The player can not correct a mistake without organizer. Deleting the post with a report doesn't remove it from the data base.

After writing the report, the player has to send the link to the opponent in order to confirm it.
To confirm, the player must find the report of the opponent either in the tournament theme:


or in the List of reports (Список рапортов) on the first page:


and press the button Confirm a report (Подтвердить рапорт). Then the player writes the commentaries and presses the button Reply (Ответить). The confirmation appears at the theme of the tournament, the player's nick name becomes the link to this post with this confirmation and the status of the report is changed to confirmed (подтвержденный).

If there is a disagreement with the report, the player mustn't confirm it. In this case, it is necessary to contact the judge or the organizer. The player can write a Private message (Личное Сообщение) or use skype, icq or other ways of communication.
