Ihromant (Rampart, Kyrre, Kyrre)
JC, coin flip + 112 restarts, random towns, starting heroes and bonus selected (except Flux, by the HW rules).
I broke into desert on 123 (Manticores), sadly it was off-road. Roads were guarded by Black Dragons (one road) and Red Dragons + Archangels (second). There was 1 more off-road entry guarded by Black Dragons. I took +5 all sword and had to return for mana, getting back to desert was slow bc of the off-road.
Ihromant broke on 127 (Ancient Behemoths), off-road too, but very close to the road (entrance guarded by misplaced Enchanters so the road was passable).
On 134
Ihromant killed my main road GO (Black Dragons) and entered into my starting zone. On 135
Grindan attacks

Kyrre has the Red Orb, unfortunately for
Grindan.
Kyrre surrenders with very little army left,
Grindan has about 35 wyverns left.
Ihromant decides he wants to continue.
After that, a very long and intensive part of the game starts, clearing the map to get more stats and army, both players have full map control,
Kyrre attacks
Grindan twice in a hit'n'run style (damages my army with dragons or spells and then surrenders). The 2nd time it should have been gg, bc I finally found the shackles but I forgot to equip them at the end of the turn.

Grindan attacks
Kyrre and kills his all army (6 Gold Dragons) round 1 with implosion.
