I did find the changes for the .exe back then by making a diff between normal and NCF exe but I want someone to confirm them and also for the editor.
Btw there is a trend
in discord of increasing amount of people that want to contribute to the mod.
If anyone wants to join in to collaborate or just to provide expertise, feel free to come!
@Wizards are technical backend people (assembly and C++) while @Runemages are texture editors and animators.
