Hotfix RC18b has replaced the original release in the post above, since annoying regression issue with first aid tent needed immediate fix:
 - fixed regression bug where First Aid Tent having much too low healing power
 - changed texture formatting on elven female models to fix crashes (again)
 - fixed Pariah named Scorched Earth
 - fixed Enchanters not starting by default with Master of Wrath
 - fixed Agbeth specialization producing wrong dmg calculation in UI
 - fixed Righteous Fortitude and Divine Guardian looping text messages

Hotfix RC18c has replaced the original release in the original post.

• fixed game crashing when trying to generate map with _Utility.exe
• fixed elven female model not using simplified geometry and skeleton for the LOD model
• fixed conjured phoenix having bravery ability
