Я пользуюсь Нодом32 и довольно хороший антивирус, про Аваст ничего не знаю а про Веб вообще ничего хорошего никогда не слышал. Я бы поставил какой нибудь проверенный антивирус и проверил еще пару раз, скорее всего чего нить еще найдет.
