A few months ago we bumped into unreleased content hidden within the game files.


r/HoMM - Sanctuary Related objects. My guess is that it was made for main menu since h6 was meant to not have townscreens

r/HoMM - Unused Content found in Homm 5!
r/HoMM - Inferno Demon for h6
r/HoMM - Naga Hero
r/HoMM - Inferno hero
r/HoMM - Lizardman. It was meant to be a neutral creature for heroes 5
