In the Steam library, you can right-click on the game -> Properties -> General -> Language. If you change the language, the download of the necessary files will begin. Then go to the game folder Heroes of Might and Magic 5 Tribes of the East -> data -> GEmaps.
GEmaps is the file that contains the maps.
