and after discussion with others referees we decided to add this rules (before tournament began) to show you, that we "listen" your advices and want to cooperate. Mainly, I forced it.
Now, I see that it was mistake.
Also, there will be no other changes in regulations during tournament.
We were discussing only about the thing that the rules were publicated on forum, and many player, from any country even from Poland could not see them, because they are not used to read forums, and reading only rules on main page for expert league, where no exact regulations about each tournament. So Wlk777 doesn't not see any problem in playing one more game.
