StickyFingaz...You want to discuss SoD rules here which were already discussed on HW 3 years ago. Now WT version is becoming more and more popular in russia so we discussing WT rules/gameplay now... So, stop talking about this Stone Age rules. Start play WT. Start make reports, videos and translations. Start discuss tactics. And so on.

In Polish community SOD rules were also discussed 3 years ago (maybe even earlier). But times changing and players changing so IMO rules need to live and change every season. Update if something new appears (new mods) or if someone finds out something new. BTW, I've notice that you also discuss and updates on this forum your rules.
Second thing, as Pent(acz) wrote, LH league cannot base on WT mod. I want to see alternative WT ranking in LH league (if ASM accepts it and supports) but WT is not working on every platform, has a lot of bugs, stopped developing and not everyone likes changes which are made there. IMO, cause it works using ERM scripts it will never be stable in MP. So, it can be used as alternative in league and in WT tournaments but it will never replace OrgH3. Same situation was with TE.

I'm not sure if I've understood everything but you cannot include all situations in rules, especially in league. Ofc if you want to make tournament in which one game decide who is the winner, then you should try to do it.But in this kind of tournaments noobs cannot play like it is in LH league, because they will not understand these rules. If we want to propagate H3 so we need rules as easy as possible to make the game fair and friendly. There are also referees or admins who can decide in problematic situations.
Still keep in mind that league is something different than tournament. For every tournament rules need to be precise depending on the templates or maps which are used.
