Rules.
1. Fair play
Players must play fairly and respect each other. It is forbidden to use cheat-codes and different "bugs". It's also forbidden to open savegames or random map in editor until the game is finished. The game is considered finished when one player destroyed another completely or when one of the players surrendered. Surrendering must be confirmed through ICQ or game chat. Only after this it is allowed to view savegames.
It is allowed to make any changes in rules if both players mutually agree.
2. Castles and colors selection:
The choice of castles is conducted by the elimination procedure. Players eliminate unwanted castles turn by turn, from a complete set of 9 castles, until 3 castles remain. The player who started procedure chooses the castle from the three remaining. Then the second player chooses a castle from the two remaining and declares the color he wish to play.

3. Restarts
Each player has a right to take a restart until the end of his turn in a corresponding day, i.e. to start a new game with newly generated map. The total time for no reason restarts is 4 days. That means that if you take a restart on 111, than you can take either one more on 113 or 3 more on 111 or 2 more on 111 and 1 more on 112. If you take 112 restart, you can take 2 more on 111 or one more on 112.
Restart after the first meeting if it happened until 116 inclusively. The meeting is an attack on opponent or taking any of his flagged locations.
Obligatory restart is starting hero has not 1st level
Obligatory restart if there is an error in scripts - you will get corresponding warning and price for 1st level creatures will be 10000.
It is also possible to have a restart is there is a strong block. The strength of the block is determined by the mutual agreement of players or by judges.
4. Draw condition
If hero that attacked can't win - he must flee/surrender. If he can't flee because of "shackles of war" artifact and defending hero can't destroy attacking army that it is necessary to do the following: load autosave of defending player. Remove shackles. Repeat all movements until the battle. Dismiss creatures that died in battle by both sides before the draw situation emerged. After this hero who attacked must attack and flee.
5. Disconnects.
Player who was making his turn must conduct it until he shoul attack an opponent or until the turn is finished. Than he makes a save. After the connection is restored the game continues from this save. If disconnect happened in a battle, all battle moves must be repeated.

Red player can't attack blue castles, heroes or mines on the first day of the week with new population.
12. Hit & run
Attacking hero can't flee/surrender on the first round of the battle if he casted any spell.
13. Misplaced guards of the zone transitions
It is allowed to get to other zones without fighting guards.
14. Misplaced guards of objects.
It is allowed to pick-up chests, resources and campfires without fighting guards. It is forbidden to pick up artifacts, Pandoras, prisons, dwellings, hives, conservatories, different banks.
15. Spells Fly, DD, TP and angel's wings artifact are allowed. DD is allowed twice a day if hero has expert water magic.
16. Banned spells.
Summon/shuffle boat, water walk, visions, air/earth view.
17. Banned artifacts.
Boots of levitation, sea captain's hat, recantor's cloak, orb of inhibition, necklace of sea guidance, Cloak of undead king.
