About the applications.
The application of koxik32 is denied. It is necessary to clear the situation with all the brothers and stop the invasion of the clones, and then to think about taking part in the tournaments.

The traditional scheme of the tournament (group stage and then play-off round) is used, because the main purpose is to play for favorite castle as much as possible.
The Regulations:
1st stage. All 96 players are divided into 16 groups, there are 6 players in each group and they play round-robin tournament, each player has to play 5 games until 21 December.
4 best players from each group join the play-off round. The players, who occupy the 1st and 2nd place join the upper scale, the players, who occupy the 3rd and 4th place join the lower scale.
2nd stage is a play-off round. The participants of the upper scale after losing a game join the lower scale; the participants of the lower scale after losing a game leave the tournament.

Scorpiona (ICQ: 469326983) is responsible for management of the tables and the report-list. Write to her if you notice that something is wrong or inexact.
GoedenDag (ICQ: 649119136) is responsible for maintenance of the terms, statistics, and problems with the game-agreements.
Gomunguls (ICQ: 499978341) is the judge and responsible for all disputable situations in the games and observance of the rules.
Pit for LM (ICQ: 471401475) can answer any questions connected with the tournament.

2. Selection and replacement. Supplementary registration is opened.
If any player has problems connected with taking part in the tournament, he will be replaced. The supplementary list is created. The replacement takes part on a first-come basis.

The blue player begins to choose the towns of the computer-players. By the Change of colors the towns of the selected computer-players remain unchangeable.

4. About the Prize.
The Medal for previous tournaments was created without the castle of Tower. This time, one of the new members of our community – ColdRain offered to correct this neglect. And now we present you the new Medal of the Tournament. It looks splendidly and trendy and follows the idea of the previous Tournaments. We are obliged very much to ColdRain.
