I screwed up as I thought I was 2 areas from opp so rather safe, especially that I knew opp didn't kill tan so he shouldn't have been hanging around there but only 1 zone to him as I beated griffs which turned out to be guard to the zone between red and tan. Bad map, no money objects, had to take lots of lizardmen day 1 (~25, lost 5 archers), access to sawmill was blocked and only dbl build was my chance. But I didn't manage to build cavs in my starting town, lacked 3 wood (last day i went up with my scout and had to choose where to go - up or turn right. So if I had chosen to turn right I would have had this pile of wood). My first idea was to explore green's area after taking hive 123, there was a con but army was small (16 crusaders, 8 wyvs and 25 marksmen) and I didn't want to waste more time, hoped for 1-2 hives in treasure then I had another hive very far away, con and a tope. Plan was ambitious and I was unprepared, no spell points on Dace. Bad game from me on a hard map.
