4. "That's very stirring rhetoric, but I wonder if everyone really feels that way," muses libertarian scholar Maria Leach, a research fellow at the Nyancato Institute. "So why not give everyone the choice? Make it legal for people to sell their votes, and leave it to them to decide what's more important to them: keeping their vote, or feeding their family."
