After taking all restarts I decided to change to Ivor because I was afraid of small starting army and early problems. Ivor came with no elves and 2nd hero too so I had 7 elves and 113 suicided on 95 dwarves (4 elves, 13 centaurs left). Even though I built unicorns in castle w1 and started work 121 I couldn't go to ais w1 and into opp's treasures early what was my plan for a game at the beginning because rampart's army is strong so I wasn't afraid. Then I took 7 hives and 3 cons and had 32 wyverns and 5 angels. Took 2 more cons 131 (10 angels) and with Pyre rushed to opp because I took all my relics in treasures (hh, +2 all, fire book). There was Galthran in 1 village and I could have attacked him with scout 1 lvl what I should have done. Galthran had 4 mana, 32 wyverns, 450 skeletons and I had 1 lvl scout from tavern with 25 mana so 2 blinds, stats were similar. It was the main mistake not to attack and hence I lost to full control without any control for me. Thanks for playing!
