I strongly support Xocenk opinion.
From my point of view 2000 mp on removed heroes was soft bug which was commonly accepted by all players since it was not huge deal.
After further exploit was discovered and it is clear how to 'produce' fast heroes it is about time to get it fixed.
Removed heroes should be handled in the same way as surrendered (Movement points are regenerated if they spend night in tavern, with speed limited by 1-stack unit they are bought with. Mana points should not be regenerated).
