"I've had just about enough of this!" fulminates concerned parent Ethel Delauter, who seems purple with rage. "Our children's minds are being fed garbage on a daily basis by what they see on TV. Why just the other day I caught my kid watching a DVR recorded from a late-night cartoon where a clown beat a hooker to death with a vodka bottle! We need to stop the sex and violence on TV entirely, and limit the networks to decent family programming during daytime hours."

"This government needs to get out of the business of designating what we can and cannot watch. The free market will adapt to the needs of the buyers, leaving parents to do their jobs and monitor what their kids watch. I paid good money for my TV - let ME choose what I want to see!"

Всё никак не могу определиться. Первый вариант хорош тем, что он (по сути) в какой-то мере хорошо соответствует идеологии правительства. Ну то есть, или ребенок включает телек и смотрит как там кто-нибудь жопой трясет, или учится каким-нибудь положительным вещам. Например, семейным ценностям или там... Патриотизму))
Положительность второго вытекает из минуса первого варианта - это ущемлением прав людей, а ещё я подозреваю подводные камни (например может оказаться, что вся экономика страны крайне сильно зависела от этих передач и бюджет страны потеряет из-за этого триллионы
долларов денариев; учитывая предыдущие случаи, такое вполне может быть - в одном из своих государств я запретил пользоваться интернетом и научно-технологический прогресс упал с 50 до 0
)
Четвертый тоже является вариантом. Если под ним подразумевать всякие патриотические и прочие передачи настраивающий у людей определенный ход мышления - нормально, однако его портит фраза о "подсознательных сообщениях".
